    Using mindfulness based practices is an essential part of the work I do with clients.  Clients are able to learn, practice and utilize these methods to deeply enrich their life. I am certified in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Interactive Guided Meditation.  I have studied and trained in Buddhist Psychology for several years and have my own formal and informal Mindfulness and Meditation practice.  


    In the New Year, I will be rolling out an 8 Week Stress Reduction & Self-Care workshop using a combination of psychotherapy, mindfulness, meditation and sound bath healing. Please reach out and get on my waitlist if this is something you are interested in. 

    Community Meditation

    I offer a Free/ Donation based once a month Mugs & Meditation offering at Buddhas Brew Cafe in Mesa.  The goal in this offering is to bring those called to meditation to come together in community.

    All levels welcome! Bring your own yoga mat, blanket,  meditation cushion or pillow.  Feel free to purchase a coffee or tea and join me for a guided meditation. I would love to meditate  with you!
