Using mindfulness based practices is an essential part of the work I do with clients. Clients are able to learn, practice and utilize these methods to deeply enrich their life. I am certified in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Interactive Guided Meditation. I have studied and trained in Buddhist Psychology for several years and have my own formal and informal Mindfulness and Meditation practice.
